Roskam develops high speed
palletizer for the corrugated box manufacturing industry

Roskam has successfully developed a high speed palletizer for the box manufacturing industry. This system is designed for inline palletizing of boxes in a variety of patterns. By utilizing the new ABB IRB 660 palletizing robot, the Roskam system offers the highest payload capacity in the industry, and the most versatility with regard to variation in box size.
The system features a stacking mechanism which allows for offsetting
two stacks at a time in height, or creating double stacks prior
to the robot pick up. The robot is capable of picking up as many
as 4 x 2 x 2 stacks at a time, depending on box sizes.
The system also features automatic deck sheet and tier sheet configuration and placement.
The entire system is controlled from a simple to use, intuitive touchscreen interface that provides powerful adjustment capabilities and easy set up.
