Roskam robotic palletizers are available in a variety of layout configurations designed to minimize floor space usage, maximize production flow efficiencies and accommodate access for fork lifts and operators.
Single Lane Palletizing Systems

Provide high throughput while minimizing floor space.
Dedicated to handling one production line at a time, the palletizing cell is located near the end of the line in facilities where centralized palletizing is not feasible.
Unique hard-to-handle products often require customized palletizing solutions and usually run on dedicated production lines.
Multiple Lane Palletizing Systems

Utilizing automatic pallet dispensing with an empty/full pallet transfer cars, these systems can induct cases, lane sort, palletize, stretch wrapper and deliver finished loads ready for shipment within a single-source control system and supplier.
Allow centralized palletizing with production conveyed to the desired area from various production
areas within the plant.
This type solution keeps all the end-of-the-line handling in one location near shipping or warehouse storage.
Materials replenishment such as pallets and slip sheets are contained within one area vs. over the entire plant.
Added peripheral equipment compliments a complete palletizing system with case sortation, auto-pallet handling and automatic stretch wrapping.
